Where do you ship?

We currently deliver our products all over the World.

Do you deliver in relay point?

At the moment, we do not offer delivery point relay.

What are the delivery costs?

Our shipping is free for delivery orders amount greater than €85.00. 


What are your delivery times?

The products are delivered within an average of 3 to 7 weeks (weekends and holidays excluded) from the shipping notification.

The date indicated at the time of the validation of your order is given only as an indication. This is an estimate calculated from our average delivery times.

All our deliveries include a tracking number that is available on request 72h after shipping your order.

In case of problem on the delivery?

If your order has not arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed, our customer service is at your disposal to help you.

We invite you however to make some checks:

- Check that your details are correct in your order summary

- Check if you have not received a notice of passage. Your order has been placed in a post office near you.

- Check with your neighbors or guardian.

If you still do not have your package after these checks, please contact us via the "Contact us" section.

How to track my order?

what are the payment options available?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard & Paypal.

I can not make the payment.

Please check the number of your card, the type of card used, the expiration date, and the visual cryptogram on the back of the card. If the problem persists, try from another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari ...) or with another means of payment.

The promo code does not work.

The promotional codes we offer are often valid on certain collections or categories of products. In addition, they also have a period of validity and sometimes a maximum number of uses. No refund will be made retroactively, if the promo code has not worked.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For logistical and organizational reasons, please send us an email within 24 hours of your order to cancel and modify it at this address:

In this case, we invite you to contact The Warrior Lodge Customer Service via the " Contact Us " section.

For a fast treatment of your request, thank you to communicate us your number of order and to join us a picture in case of defective product.

Upon receipt at our premises, refund requests will be processed within 30 working days. Please note that when requesting a refund, delivery charges will not be refunded.

For returns, should I use the original packaging?

This is preferable. But if this is not possible, you can use another package.


Sizes of the rings

To measure your finger size, you have two options:

  • Measure your fingertip with a seamstress meter or a string and a ruler,
  • Find a ring that fits perfectly to the finger for which you buy your ring.

Then, simply check our size guide . You can then determine the size you need.

Warning!   Each ring is custom made to order. We do not offer any exchange for bad size.

Necklace sizes

The size of a necklace is a choice to make on the position you want for your pendant on your chest.

Sizes of bracelets

Take a string, a yardstick or your son of headphones and measure your wrist. The string must not tighten your wrist.

Then unroll your string or your headphones on a ruler or on your computer here: http://iruler.net/ for your number.

Remember as a final result the next higher whole number (example: 20.2 cm -> 21 cm).

  • It is not advisable to bathe and shower with jewelry. It is also not recommended to play sports
  • To maintain your jewelry, you can use soapy water or baking soda and rub lightly with a soft cloth. Then, rinse and dry with a dry cloth.
