Items will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed. Due to differences in operational times of providers, this usually takes 2-4 days.

Items will be sent via e-packet when it is available, and transit time until the arrival of the product usually takes 12-22 working days.

Shipping rates: 
Standard Shipping (12 to 22 business days)
0.0 kg – 5.0 kg = €5,37.

Business days are counted Monday - Friday; does not include weekends or holidays.

Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order. 

Shipments to South America and Oceania usually take at least a week longer in transit, so please be patient and bear with us!

Multiple parcels may be sent instead of a single one, if this expedites the shipping time.
